Returns & Refunds

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible. We are happy to process returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:

Timeframe: Returns and refunds can be requested up to 7 days from the date your package arrived.

Return Shipping: Before returning any item, please email us. We will provide you with a return shipping address and guide you through the process.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping to our Inventory Office.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please follow these steps:

Photograph the Issue: Take multiple clear photos of the defective or the incorrect item, and email them to us. Let us know if you would like a refund or for a replacement of the same item.

 

Additional Information

Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition

Processing Time: Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Custom Orders: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds for custom-made or personalized items.
